Unit will not charge. Gets extremely hot and battery doesn’t charge. Still waiting to hear back from service@vosentech.com.

I ordered the microfogger 2 two weeks ago, the charges were made to my bank account. And I’ve received no follow up or order confirmation….nothing!! I have sent several emails and received no response. Please email me about my order!!

In reply to James V.. Hello James! As discussed, your replacement unit should be arriving in the next few days. Regarding the instructions, it is important to read the instructions for this updated MicroFogger model as the older ones do indeed say that but are for the previous version.

This is determined by your home country and usually is around 5-20%. As an alternative, please consider purchasing MicroFoggers locally from a nearby distributor to avoid these charges.
