For this setup I am using the following gear:
-Fatshark teleported with FPV goggles
-A pair of circular polarised antennas
-Plack pearl diversity display and receiver
-Iosd mini
-Plug and play iosd FPV cable (optional)

I installed the h3-3d anti interference board inside the body of the phantom so that I have more room on the bottom. Then I replaced the stock video cable that you have to solder to the transmitter with a plug and play one which is much more reliable. With this setup, thanks to the plug and play cable, you do not need an extra battery for the FPV system. I put the iosd on the leg of the phantom that does not have the compass so it does not mess up the GPS system. With some 3m stickers I attached the transmitter to the underside of the body and replaced the stock antennas with the circular ones which work better when flying behind objects. Then I set my black pearl to receive on 5740mw (band F) channel one. Make sure NTSC is set as your video system or else it will not work. I get around 4-5 hundred meters with this setup.
